What is the return and refund policy?

  • Sorry, we DO NOT accept exchanges or returns due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons. We do not offer refunds, except in the case of damaged products. No cancellations. All sales are final.

Lash Extensions Services

Will lash extensions damage my lashes?

  • When lash extensions are applied correctly by a skilled professional, they cause no damage to your natural lashes. We guarantee all our services are safe/healthy for your natural lashes and will leave them damage free.
  • Damage can occur if you go to a unskilled professional that. Do your research and stay away from cheap and/or fast services.

Why do I need to book fill ins?

  • Your lash extensions will grow out along with your natural lashes. The outgrown lashes will need to be removed to maintain a fresh and healthy lash set.
  • Your lashes fall out naturally (taking the extension with it) and regrow.
  • The adhesive breaks down (oil, steam, excessive heat, crying, etc.) and the lash extensions fall off. This is known as premature shedding.

How do I care for my lashes after the appointment?

How can I tell if my lash extensions were applied correctly?

Lash extensions should never hurt after they have been applied or as they are growing out. If they do, this means the are lashes are stuck together or are placed too close to the skin. Lash extensions should never be touching the skin. There should be a small space between the extensions and base of the natural lash. There should be no clumps or balls of glue on the lashes. You should be able to brush through them easily from base to ends.

Can I wear makeup with my lash extensions?

  • Yes, you can wear regular eye makeup like eyeshadow and foundation.
  • Be cautious with eyeliner (your best bet is to use black eyeshadow and apply it with a fine tipped, slanted makeup brush).

Can I swim my lash extensions?

Yes, but be mindful that the saltwater/chlorine will slowly breakdown the adhesive. If you do go swimming, be sure to wash your lashes right after using a Lash Cleanser (available in our Aftercare Kit).

Do I need to take a break from lash extensions?

No, you do not need to take a break from lash extensions as long as you are getting quality services from a professional lash artist. Ask your lash artist for more details if you have a concern.

Why do my lashes flip or lay sideways after a few weeks?

Natural eyelashes grow out in a corkscrew motion. Therefore as your natural lashes grow, the extensions will begin to twist. Hence the reason for lash fills to remove those outgrown extensions.

What is the refund policy for services?

There are no refunds for services. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, you have 72 hours to report an issue and it will be fixed for free!

Can I book other services with my lash appointment?

You may add on waxing services, but it is suggested to book skincare services on a seperate day. An express facial is okay for same day.

How often should I get a facial?

Facial treatments are recommended every 4 weeks for optimal results, unless specified otherwise.

Can any gender book a facial?

Absolutely. Everyone is welcome.

What can I expect at my facial appointment?

  • We will review your intake form and discuss your current skincare routine and goals.
  • You will be given a spa wrap and asked to undress from the chest up (no shirt, bra is acceptable if you pull down the straps).
  • You will be given a mini jewelry bag for your necklace and/or earrings.
  • You will receive your facial treatment.
  • We will discuss your home care (if included in that service).
  • Leave relaxed, refreshed, and glowing.

How soon will I start seeing results from my facial?

Your skin will feel, clean, smooth, and hydrated immediately following the service. If we are treating skin concerns (aging, acne, hyper-pigmentation, sun damage, etc) results will depend on your dedication to your recommended skincare routine. It may take up to 3 months to see good results, noticing changes as early as 1 month into your recommended routine.

What is the 80/20 rule?

You are expected to continue your home care routine after your facial service. 80% of the results you receive will depend on you consistently following your recommended home care routine. 20% of the results will depend on the facials you recieve. 1-2 facials per month does not substitute for your daily skincare.

What are the long-term benefits of getting regular facials?

Keep it simple: happy skin! And happy skin is prettier skin. The high-quality products we use are designed to keep your skin in its best shape, not just hide imperfections with makeup. Plus, when your skin is healthy, we can better handle any issues that pop up as your skin's needs change.

If I get a facial, do I have to use professional products at home?

No, but let's discuss the products you're currently using. Many products that you can find at drug stores or beauty counters contain ingredients that can cause or contribute to various skin issues, such as dryness, oiliness, acne breakouts, and redness. Don't worry though, I can recommend some excellent and affordable options for you. Just let me know your budget and specific needs, and we'll find the perfect products for your skin type, lifestyle, and budget.
