The Self Care Beauty Bar is a modern beauty/wellness space offering private salon suites at 4034 George Washington Memorial Hwy, Yorktown, VA 23692
Located in one of York County’s fastest growing communities, we’ve created a clean, welcoming environment where beauty professionals can build, grow, and feel at home. It’s a space where you can work independently while still feeling connected to other like minded beauty/wellness professionals.

Leasing Requirements
- Registered LLC in Virginia
- Federal Tax ID Number (EIN)
- Professional License or Certification (see details below)
- Application Approval (no credit check)
- Proof of Income (paycheck stubs, bank statements, and tax documents are accepted)
- $500 Security Deposit
- Professional Liability Insurance
Note: We follow DPOR licensing guidelines. A valid license is required for services including nails, eyelash extensions, facials, waxing, massage, permanent makeup, tattoo, and body piercing.

Suite Overview
We offer private salon suites on both the 1st and 2nd floors of our building. Each unit has its own unique aesthetic, offering a modern, professional setting for beauty/wellness professionals to thrive.
1st Floor – Unit B
The 1st floor suites showcase a sleek black and grey aesthetic. This space offers 4 private suites, a waiting room, a bathroom with a fully stocked feminine hygiene cart, and a break room equipped with a microwave, fridge, air fryer, double sink, and bar seating.

- Suite #2 (110 SF) - single window suite
- Suite #3 (70 SF)
- Suite #4 (100 SF) - triple window suite
NOTE: Plumbing hookups for shampoo bowls or pedicure chairs are not available.
2nd Floor – Unit C
The 2nd floor suites showcase a luxurious black and gold aesthetic. This space offers 4 private suites, a spacious waiting room, a bathroom with a fully stocked feminine hygiene cart, and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, and sink.

Scheduling a Tour
Tours may be scheduled at any time for suites that are currently available.
If you are interested in touring a suite marked “Available Soon,” please submit an inquiry first. Since those suites may still be occupied, we will coordinate with the current tenant before scheduling a tour.
When you click “Schedule a Tour,” you will be redirected to Beauty by Natavia’s booking site. This is the correct booking page. Beauty by Natavia is owned by Natavia, the owner of The Self Care Beauty Bar. You may see regular lash appointment booking rules at the top of the page, but simply scroll down and select “Schedule a Tour with Beauty By Natavia.”

- Sign Lease Agreement (preview here)
- Pay a $500 Security Deposit
- Obtain Liability Insurance
- Move In
NOTE: The application, lease signing, and security deposit payment are all submitted electronically via our online tenant portal. The application link will be sent following your tour. The security deposit link will be sent within 24 hours of the lease signature. Proof of liability insurance is due prior to move in.
