The Self Care Beauty Bar is a modern beauty space offering private salon suites in Yorktown, VA, just off George Washington Memorial Hwy.
Located in one of York County’s fastest growing communities, we’ve created a clean, welcoming environment where beauty professionals can build, grow, and feel at home. It’s a space where you can work independently while still feeling connected to other likeminded beauty professionals.
Approximately 55,000 cars pass by our location daily, giving your business great visibility and the potential to attract new clients. This area brings in clients who value quality beauty services and are willing to invest in them.

Leasing Requirements
- Registered Business Entity (LLC, sole proprietorship, etc)

- Professional License or Certification (see details below)

- Proof of Income (paycheck stubs, bank statements, and tax documents are accepted)
- $500 Security Deposit
- Professional Liability Insurance
A license is required for nails, eyelash extensions, facials, waxing, massage, permanent makeup, tattoo, and body piercing.

The 1st floor suites showcase a sleek black and grey aesthetic. This unit offers 4 private suites, a waiting room, a bathroom with a fully stocked feminine hygiene cart, and a break room equipped with a microwave, fridge, air fryer, double sink, and bar seating.

Additional Details:
- Suites larger than 100 SF feature window views for added natural light.
