What if I’m late to my appointment?

There’s no late fee, but your service still ends at the scheduled time—no extra time will be added.

What services are included in my membership?

Each membership includes unlimited lash fills and/or touch-ups per month, depending on your plan. Full sets are NOT included or discounted under any membership.

Are there any extra fees with my membership?

No late fees, rescheduling fees, or deposits will be charged for appointments covered under your membership plan.

How do I redeem my membership services?

After purchase, you’ll receive a unique code via confirmation page and email. You must enter this code at booking checkout to redeem your included appointments. Without the code, you’ll be charged regular price and no adjustments will be made later.

Can I save my membership code for easier booking?

Yes! If you create an account on the booking site, your membership code will be saved to your profile for easy access when booking.

When will I be billed for my membership?

Memberships are auto-billed monthly using the card on file. Your billing date is based on your original sign-up date.

What happens if my payment fails?

If payment fails, your membership will be paused and you won’t be able to redeem services until you update your payment info.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. If notice isn’t given in time, you may be charged for the upcoming month. No refunds for unused appointments or partial billing cycles.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals won’t incur fees but your service will still end on time. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be credited or rolled over.

Can I share or transfer my membership?

No, memberships are for individual use only. Sharing or transferring memberships may lead to immediate termination without refund.

Can I change or upgrade my membership plan?

To switch plans, cancel your current membership first. The new plan will start at the next billing cycle with current pricing. Plan changes do not take effect mid-cycle.
